The Cayman Islands Airports Authority’s (CIAA) air traffic controllers take time out of their busy schedules every year to refresh their skills in order to maintain the highest possible level of controller competence at the Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) and the Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA).
