Programme Overview:
CIAA's Meet and Greet has the ability to offer our services for a single guest, families and, to date, groups of up to 190 persons. Below is an outline of the service we provide for Arrivals and Departures. As we refine our services to enhance the programme, both the outline below and cost are subject to change.
There is a charge of CI$50.00 (US$61) per person, per each segment of Arrivals or Departures. We can do either or both segments of travel on request. Service fees are for guests ages three (3) and over. Children three (3) years and under are free.
Arrivals:
- A friendly and informative CIAA customer service officer will meet you as you depart the plane. Name signage will let you know which officer is assigned to you.
- Your customer service officer will then assist with fast tracking you through the CBC entry process.
- Due to the CBC’s law we are not allowed to handle baggage for arriving guests. We will, however, provide a luggage cart should availability permit and as needed by the guest.
- Once your luggage has been cleared in Customs & Border Control you will then be escorted to the taxi dispatch booth or directed to the rental car plaza.
Departures:
- Your customer service officer will meet you at the drop-off curb side. Name signage will let you know which officer has been assigned to you.
- Assistance with your luggage will be provided (with your consent), and the officer will direct you to your respective airline check-in counter (It is recommended that guests check-in online and print passes ahead when possible).
- Once bags are checked and check-in process is completed, your customer service officer will fast-track you through the airport’s Security Check point. Please note that during our peak periods and/or high season these lines on a Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. can have a processing time of up to two (2) hours.
- Your customer service officer will escort you to your gate or to the duty-free shopping area should you choose to do some last-minute shopping.
